Second floor consists of small landing area, four bedrooms, three baths and laundry room. The cottage style is reflected through out in white bead board doors, wainscot, kitchen cabinetry and furnishings. Natural hickory wood covers the floor of the common areas, ceramic tile is used in the sunroom, laundry rooms and baths and wool carpeting for the stairs and bedrooms. Quartz countertops are used in the kitchen and acrylic tops in the baths and laundries. Task, ambient and accent lighting is achieved throughout the house using recessed lighting, decorative brushed steel fixtures and sconces, along with colorful ceramic lamps to compliment the furnishings. Cottage styled furniture, fabrics, rugs, artwork and accessories in blue, yellow, red and white are filtered throughout each area of the house creating continuity throughout.
